1. Return Eligibility Criteria

We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:
​Defective or Damaged Products: The item received is physically damaged or broken during transit.
​Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
​Important Note: We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, size mismatch, or minor color variations due to photography lighting.

2. Timeframe for Raising a Return Request

​Customers must report any damage or defect within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the delivery.
​Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video/Images

To process your return claim quickly and prevent fraudulent claims, an unedited unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product and package label are strictly mandatory.

How to Submit a Claim:
Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening.

4. Return Approval & Processing

Once your video/image proof is verified and approved by our team, we will guide you on returning the product.
If a reverse pickup is available for your pincode, our courier partner will collect the item. Otherwise, you may be asked to self-ship the item back to our official address.

5. Refund Policy & Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited directly to the customer’s original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card).
Refund Processing Time: The refund will be completed within 3 working days from the date of return approval.
